Wollersheim Winery, situated on Southern slopes overlooking the Wisconsin River, is a producer of nationally recognized wines, including the well-known Prairie Fume and some estate grown & barrel aged wines. Winemaker Philippe Coquard comes from a long winemaking legacy in France and now combines tradition with the unique climate and growing season of Wisconsin to produce regional wines distinctive to this area of Wisconsin.
